Please cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. If you do not cancel within 24 hours you will be charged 50% of your service booked. A no call, no show will result in a 100% charge of service booked.

A credit card must be kept on file for all clients during the booking process. If your credit card expires, is not updated, and you fall inside the policy, no future appointments can be scheduled until the fee is paid.

Color Cancellation Policy

Please cancel your extension appointment 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. If you do not cancel within 48 hours, you will be charged 50% of your service booked or 50% of your deposit (new clients only).

A no call, no show will result in 100% charge of service booked up to $500, or forfeit of deposit (new clients only).

Extension Cancellation Policy

As much as we hate to enforce this one, we want our small space to remain as relaxing as possible for everyone! Please arrange childcare accordingly so you can have some "me time".

No Kiddo Policy

Our services are non-refundable, but if your service isn’t exactly what you were envisioning, we do offer a complimentary redo within 10 days of your service. Keep in mind, if you change your mind on what you originally wanted, that is not considered a redo and will be an additional service charge.

Dissatisfied Customer Policy

If, for any reason, the extensions are too high, too low, or too close to your hairline and you need to request for them to be redirected, you must contact us within the first 3 days after your appointment. We can remove them and replace them within 7 days of your initial install appointment for a charge of $100 dollars. Wash and style are not included. After the 7 days, the full amount for a move up will be charged to have them taken out and replaced. Extension fixes are complimentary.
